Merry Christmas. I have quite a few pics that I need to upload, but sadly my laptop has decided that it does not want to run on AC or charge the battery. I have been forced to use the family desktop and I don't think it will get along with my camera. I would try, but I must go to work and clean the house before my mother comes back. Happy knitting.

Well, I was going to upload pictures, but my internet is being stupid. Maybe later.

I think I've gotten all of my Christmas knitting done unless I decide to knit something for my cousin, but I don't know what she would want. I'd post some pictures but I've wrapped everything so you'll just have to wait till people open them.

I'm knitting a hat for no reason other than that I think it looks cool. It's a modification of the Hot Head hat from SNB. I'm using smaller needles because if I went by the pattern the yarn would be really loose, so really, I'm just using the colors from Hot head and using a different pattern.

My roommate is learning to knit which is way cool. We decided to work together to make a set of wrist warmers (also from SNB) for one of our friends for Christmas. She knit a plain one and I did one with a pokeball design on it. Her's is a bit bigger than mine, but we're sure our friend will love them anyway.

Well, I finished the hat and I must say it looks very nice. I would post a picture, but I am too lazy to upload a photo and it's already wrapped and under my tree so you'll have to wait till Christmas when my daddy opens it. Then you'll be able to see how lovely it looks on him.

Got a couple more stripes done on the rainbow scarf. Should be finished soon. I'll be sure to post a picture of my friend modeling it a bit closer to Christmas.

When I'm feeling less lethargic I'll post some more pics. Night all.

Let's see what happens

In my avoidance of homework and studying for exams I decided to make a knitting blog. No idea what I'm doing really, but I do like to knit and this would give me a reason to take pictures of my knitting. So if anybody actually reads this, feel free to make comments, leave suggestions, ask questions, or whatever else.

Guess I'll post some pictures of works in progress.

Rainbow scarf for my friend. Nice and simple k2,p2 ribbing.

Here's a shawl I knit for my step-mom for Christmas. Not a very good pic, but I already wrapped it so this will have to do

Hat I'm knitting for my dad. I hope it fits him.

I would write more, but I'm hating the internet right now and I really should be doing hw.
